The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Application data is stored using Supabase (database and authentication), with infrastructure regions as configured for the production project.

3. Purpose of the Service

Option Journal is a trade journaling and analytics toolfor investors who sell options and manage equity positions. It helps you import or record trades, view P&L, expirations, collateral, and portfolio allocation.

Option Journal is not a broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. It does not execute trades, hold client funds, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, Service, branding, text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise stated, all rights are reserved by the Publisher.

You retain ownership of the trading data and content you upload. You grant the Publisher a limited licence to host and process that data solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Service.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, tax reporting, and compliance with broker and regulatory requirements. Figures shown in Option Journal(P&L, collateral, buying power estimates) are for informational and organizational purposesand may differ from your broker's official statements.

6. No investment advice

Content on the Site (including blog articles) is for educational and general information only. It does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance or simulated metrics do not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor.

7. User accounts and acceptable use

Access may require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and not misuse the Service (unauthorised access, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with other users).

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated or to protect the security and stability of the Service.
